Structural Works

Working with a regular customer, we were tasked with completing the installation of a bespoke cantilevered stone staircase. The owner of this six-storey early Victorian townhouse required the damaged staircase to be replaced with an identical version of the original. LP Construction (London) Ltd therefore led the design and reinstatement of the staircase which was made from the highest quality Portland Stone.

The history and unique nature of the building made this a challenging and rewarding job. Due to the heavy nature of the works there was a requirement for specialist back-propping to support the inhabited structure.
